Hotel check-in and a day visit need different timing

Roman Baths and other admission plans
Book attractions separately and provide any timed admission when enquiring. Transport to Bath does not include attraction tickets, a guided visit or a guaranteed stop outside a particular entrance.
A longer transfer with your luggage
Describe suitcases, cabin bags and any pushchair before choosing a saloon or MPV. Requested stops, a same-day return and driver waiting need to be agreed as part of the itinerary and quote.
Heathrow Terminals 2–5, in either direction
For collection at Heathrow, provide your flight number, arrival date, terminal and a working contact number. Incoming flights are monitored. For travel to Heathrow, provide your flight departure and required airport arrival time. Meeting instructions are agreed personally; meet & greet is available on request.
Choose the vehicle around your passengers
Ask about a Mercedes E-Class or S-Class for up to four passengers, or a V-Class or similar for up to six. Luggage space is checked individually. Customers provide their own child seats.
