Information used for your journey
When you contact us, we receive the information you provide: your name, email address, telephone number, pickup and destination, dates and times, passenger and luggage details, vehicle preferences, flight details and any additional instructions. A PA, employer or other booker may provide these details for a passenger. Please ensure you are authorised to share another person’s information. Avoid sending payment-card details, identity documents or unnecessary medical information through enquiry fields.
Why we use information
We use journey and contact details to respond to your request, prepare a quote, discuss availability and, where agreed, arrange and administer your transfer. The relevant basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and performing an agreed booking. We also have legitimate interests in answering correspondence, preventing misuse and keeping the website and enquiries secure. Records may need to be retained to meet applicable legal obligations. Where we specifically rely on consent, you may withdraw it by contacting us; this does not affect earlier lawful use. Requesting a quote is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Who receives information
Details needed to arrange a journey may be used by our operations team and the driver or transport provider fulfilling the agreed service. Website hosting and security use Cloudflare, including Turnstile verification. Enquiry messages are sent through Resend to our business mailbox; our email service also processes correspondence. We do not publish your enquiry on the website or sell it as a lead. A quote request is not an automatically confirmed booking.
Location and route tools
Address suggestions can send the text you type to our address-search service and its lookup providers, including Photon and Postcodes.io. The nationwide calculator sends the town or city you submit to OpenStreetMap Nominatim and route coordinates to the public OSRM routing service. These services receive technical connection information necessary to answer requests. Enter a town or city in the calculator, rather than a private home address. Their estimates do not guarantee street-address coverage or travel times.
Cloudflare may provide an approximate city inferred from the network connection to suggest an initial calculator pickup. It can be inaccurate. You can change it, and it does not establish your precise location or a booking. Our location endpoint does not add raw-IP storage.
Security, cookies and browser information
Hosting and security providers process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information and request activity. Turnstile checks whether a submission appears legitimate. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy information and Resend’s privacy information.
The website does not currently install an advertising tracker or session recorder. Call and quote clicks generate browser-local intent events; these are not evidence of answered calls or bookings. Some journey handoffs use temporary session storage to carry a selected route to the enquiry form. Security tools may use browser storage necessary for their operation. This notice does not activate analytics or recording, and we would explain any future optional tracking and obtain consent where required.
Retention and international processing
We keep information according to the purpose for which it was collected: dealing with the enquiry, administering a booking, resolving a complaint or meeting a record-keeping obligation. Relevant criteria include whether the request remains active, the service and correspondence involved, and applicable legal requirements. Contact us for details about a particular record. Service providers may process information outside the UK. Their processing locations and transfer arrangements are described in their privacy and data-processing terms; contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights have conditions and exceptions; we may need to check your identity before responding. Contact [email protected] to make a request. If we cannot resolve a concern, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Required fields allow us to identify and answer your request. If you do not provide them, online submission may be unavailable; you can call to discuss your journey. Calculator estimates and security validation do not make decisions that automatically confirm transport or a final fare.
